Lumiox is built with privacy in mind. This Privacy Policy explains what information we may handle, how we use it, and how we protect it when you use our app.
Core features do not require account registration, email, or phone number for typical use.
Selected images are used solely to provide the video generation you request. Processing may occur on your device or through encrypted, temporary server processing. Temporary data is deleted after processing as described in the app flow.
Lumiox does not collect, scan, analyze, store, or transmit facial information, biometric face data, or facial identifiers.
We do not perform face recognition, build biometric templates, or track identity from faces in your images.
Even if a photo contains people, our processing targets visual effects and composition for video output—not facial analysis.
We may request access to photos (to let you pick images) and storage (to save videos). Network access may be needed for cloud processing. You can decline permissions, but some features may not work.
The app is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has used the app in a way that concerns you, contact us.
We may update this Privacy Policy. We will post updates in the app (for example in Settings) so you can review them before they apply where reasonable.
